3-4 cups of shredded red and white cabbage
1-2 carrots, grated
1 apple, grated (optional)
1/2 cup of raw seeds or nuts (whatever you have)
1 cup roughly chopped herbs (parsley, dill, coriander all work well)
2 Tbsp of home made aioli (find recipe on recipe page)
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix it all together in a big bowl until dressing is throughout, add a little lemon juice if you feel the need and serve.
