Hot Chocolate mmmm….

Ravinders-hot-chocThis is a dairy free, more whole food version of the much loved hot chocolate. I think it tastes pretty good and enjoy it every now and then if I need something warm for my soul.

Ingredients

– 2 tablespoons of natural, good quality cocoa (not the hot chocolate mixes)

– 1 heaped teaspoon of manuka honey (a great antibacterial)

– Boiling water

– Milk of your choice (I use oat and it’s perfect)

Method:

Mix the cocoa, the honey and a few tablespoons of water together in the bottom of a mug to make a paste. Heat the milk up (I make mine frothy too) and pour into cup over paste, mix and enjoy. xx
