2 portions of fish (I used Baramundi)
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp good quality salt.
Mix all ingredients together apart from the fish. Then coat the fish in mixture. Pre-heat a non stick pan and turn down to a medium heat. Next put the fish in. While one side is cooking use a spoon to scoop any juice and sesame seeds on top of the fish. Cook on each side for 5-7 minutes depending on how you like your fish. Remove and eat.
