“I was really keen to get back into shape. I’m a pretty impatient person, so when Sarah suggested a 3 week challenge, it sounded perfect. 3 weeks is no time at all! I thought I would lose 2 or 3 kilos, so I was blown away at my last weigh-in and VLA test. I had lost 7kg. Let me say that again…. 7kg, and in just 3 weeks. I look and feel amazing.
